The elegant stone, stucco, and Longboard exterior lead to a dramatic, oversized pivot door into the entry hall. A stunning four-sided glass elevator wrapped with a floating steel staircase serves as the focal point of this home. Floating, backlit stone accent walls, backlit dropped ceilings, Trustile doors and contemporary millwork speak to the extraordinary design detail throughout. An outdoor living area and full kitchen with infrared heaters provide for extended outdoor living, year-round. Premium construction features include a flat style commercial membrane roof, extensive use of spray foam insulation, panelized framing construction, enhanced foundation reinforcement and drainage, and efficient LED lighting throughout.
